We are looking for a DISHWARE POLISHER to join our team as we continue our quest to Change the World Through the Power of Food! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Glassware Polisher to ensure our glassware is spotless, pristine, and presentation-ready. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the restaurant’s high service standards and supporting our front-of-house team.
What we would like from you:
- Polish glassware to a spotless, streak-free shine.
- Inspect glassware for chips, cracks, or imperfections before service.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all glassware.
- Assist in restocking glassware at service stations and bars.
- Work closely with servers, bartenders, and the dishwashing team to maintain smooth operations.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Abilities & Working Conditions
- This position will spend 100% of the time standing or walking.
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.
- Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
- May be required to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
- Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
- Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests and employees.
- Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
- Required to work nights, holidays and weekends.
