The Rooms Supervisor is responsible for Supervisory duties in the Housekeeping and Front Office departments. For Housekeeping, this includes inspecting guest rooms, overseeing public area cleanliness, counseling and interviewing employees, resolving guest complaints, general office duties, etc. For Front Office, this includes leading the agents whom are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.
Must work 2 overnight shifts per work week.
The hourly range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00
Qualifications
Minimum of 1-year hotel experience and excellent communication skills, as well as basic computer skills preferred.

- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
