Role Overview

We’re seeking a seasoned, New York–based Event Producer to lead the planning and execution of a high-end, wellness-focused experiential event for a global fashion brand. You will manage every aspect of event production, including logistics, creative direction, vendor relations, talent coordination, and on-site execution from concept to completion.

Project Overview

• Timeline: Approximately 3 months of planning and execution
• Guest Profile: Intimate luxury gathering for select influencer guests
• Location: Premium venue in the greater NYC area
• Creative Direction: Elevated, wellness-centric experience reflecting a premium brand aesthetic
  
  

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Event Planning & Strategy

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive production timeline, from initial ideation through post-event wrap-up.
• Source and secure a premium venue aligned with the brand’s luxurious, wellness-inspired positioning.
• Establish and manage the project budget, overseeing both hard costs and creative/production expenses.
• Design a premium branded environment featuring displays and experiential elements in partnership with creative teams.
• Lead the vendor selection and bidding process (catering, decor, AV, lighting, swag, etc.) to ensure top-tier execution.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to identify and contract photographers, videographers, set designers, and stylists.
• Develop a detailed run-of-show that staggers activities to maximize guest engagement and flow.
• Implement a sophisticated guest management system, including personalized wardrobe coordination.
  
  

Venue & Experience Design

• Oversee immersive brand moments throughout the venue, maintaining a consistent and elevated aesthetic.
• Manage personalized styling experiences for guests.
• Coordinate transportation logistics (private coach services, ride shares) and all on-site setup.
• Uphold brand standards across every visual and experiential touchpoint.
  
  

On-Site Execution

• Direct venue setup, branding, and styling of all event spaces.
• Oversee event flow, including scheduled activities and real-time guest engagement.
• Ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival through departure, proactively handling any issues.
• Coordinate live content capture and supervise breakdown and load-out.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on experience producing high-profile experiential events.
• Proven track record managing significant production budgets.
• Strong relationships with premium NYC venues and top-tier vendors.
• Excellence in timeline and budget management with meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to create elevated, on-brand environments.
• Background in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle events preferred.
• Refined aesthetic sensibility consistent with luxury positioning.

This contract position requires intensive on-site involvement during event execution. You will collaborate closely with our creative and account management teams, as well as key client stakeholders, to produce a seamless, memorable luxury experience.
