Now, we’re looking for a passionate chemist or materials scientist to help develop the next generation of high-tech pigments that enhance performance and sustainability in real-world applications.
Your Role: Where Science Meets Innovation
As an Assistant Research Chemist, you’ll be at the forefront of groundbreaking discoveries, contributing directly to new pigment and mixed-metal-oxide material development. You will:
- Conduct hands-on laboratory research and experiments, working with state-of-the-art materials and cutting-edge technology
- Assist in scaling up innovative products from the lab to full-scale commercial production
- Collaborate with top scientists and cross-functional teams, including Analytical, Quality Assurance, Production, Process Engineering, Marketing, and Sales
- Analyze data, troubleshoot experiments, and contribute fresh ideas to advance our research
- Play a key role in interdisciplinary teams, helping improve production processes and product performance
- Ensure a safe and organized lab environment, following industry best practices
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Materials Science (required)
- Lab Experience: Strong foundation in good laboratory practices and a passion for hands-on research
- Scientific Curiosity: Ability to analyze data, think critically, and explore new scientific frontiers
- Collaboration Skills: A team player who thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment
- Communication: Strong ability to present scientific findings and work effectively across teams
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of color science, statistical methods, and analytical tools (preferred but not required!)
