The Facility Coordinator works closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions.This position contributes to the growth of our business through supporting current and potential customers, handling inquiries and determining their product needs.
The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Facility #4380, located at : 1515 E. Hadley St., Ste. 110, Phoenix, AZ 85034
Schedule : Monday - Friday 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm
Compensation : $18.75 - $24.00 hourly
Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and / or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and vendors.
- Address customer inquiries via telephone and email by providing accurate information regarding products and product applications
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Intake, process, and verify customer orders to ensure they are completed and documented accurately
- Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations
- Act as liaison between customer, sales representatives, and store staff
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Assist with moving and loading product
- Operate batch tinting equipment, as needed
