Responsibilities :
- Lead the selection and implementation of an eCommerce system, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical capabilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for website upgrades, customer experience improvements, and marketing funnel optimizations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, customer experience, development and design to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives
- Facilitate communication between business owners and the development team to align priorities and expectations
- Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering, solution design, and user story writing to development, testing, and post-launch analysis
- Conduct competitive research and customer analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and business growth
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to continuously improve the digital experience and drive business results
- Provide mentorship to a junior Project Manager, helping them develop their skills and ensuring smooth project execution
- Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring that our digital products serve both business objectives and user needs effectively
- Other duties, as assigned
