Position: Shipping Associate
Requirements:

- Proficiency in handling packages of various sizes and weights, ensuring accurate labeling and secure packaging
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering solutions and exceeding expectations
- Familiarity with shipping software and procedures is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with shipping inquiries and provide expert guidance on shipping options and services
- Process shipments efficiently and accurately, including packaging, labeling, and tracking
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area, including inventory management and supplies replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and reliable delivery of packages and parcels
