If so, The Ship and Sip Store is looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to oversee the launch and lead our team to ensure smooth, efficient operations from day one!
Position: Store SupervisorRequirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Will consider experienced professionals with an Associate Degree.
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in a shipping, logistics, or retail management role
✔ Extensive knowledge of shipping procedures, carriers, and regulations
✔ Proven experience in opening and managing a store, including staffing, inventory management, and operational setup
✔ Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to analyze financial reports, track sales performance, and implement growth strategies
✔ Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to foster a positive team and client experience
✔ Familiarity with POS systems, shipping software, and business operations tools
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all shipping and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with carrier policies
- Manage and support both shipping and coffee service teams, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Lead the store’s grand opening process, including hiring, training, and establishing workflows
- Monitor financial performance, optimize sales strategies, and ensure profitability
- Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and supply chains for both shipping and coffee services
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues professionally and effectively
- Ensure compliance with store policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices
