We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Operate cash registers accurately, handling cash transactions and providing change as needed.
- Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure a well-presented store environment.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, aiming for resolution and customer retention.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
Requirements
- Previous experience shipping with UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL and Freight
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with cash register operations.
- Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with customers over the phone.
- Basic math skills are essential for transaction processing and inventory tasks.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
