Position: Marketplace Specialist
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Job Type: Full-time, Exempt, In-Office
Location: Las Vegas, NV 89120
Pay: $55,000 - $65,000
Position Summary: The Marketplace Specialist would be responsible for overseeing the execution of action items in relation to our Amazon Marketplace designed to grow our overall revenue as a company and brand. They will also be responsible for working on projects related including but not limited to: Wal-Mart online marketplace, Amazon Listings, and other applicable channels. They will be responsible for ensuring the quality of listings, Issue Resolution, ROI of online Marketplace investments, and Amazon advertising for all listings where necessary for The Shipping Store brands.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the regular monitoring and improvement of all The Shipping Store brand Amazon listings.
- Utilize Amazon data and market trends to shift keywords and/or listings to garner more clicks and conversion.
- Suggest and improve process implementation of Amazon Listings to improve revenue and reduce expense.
- Update PPC campaigns using Amazon Ad consoles as needed.
- Assist in competitive analysis of our Amazon and/or other online marketplaces and make recommendations to purchasing team for possible new products or updates to current products.
- Answer customer messages and ensure reviews are responded to in accordance with growing our Amazon ranking.
- Oversee the day-to-day marketplace tasks as assigned.
- Ensure daily product and listing maintenance.
- Responsible for keeping product page content up to date and relevant in collaboration with the marketing team.
REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and positive attitude.
- Excellent Knowledge of Amazon Listings and Seller Central.
- Strong analytical skills to process implementation/improvements.
- Must be incredibly methodical, collaborative & accurate.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
REQUIRED Experience and Education
- 1 Years Experience with Amazon Listings and Seller Central.
- 1 Years Experience with ecommerce management.
- Experience with pay per click advertising.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Regularly operates office equipment, such as laptops, printers, and calculators.
- May be required to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
- Frequently required to communicate with others to exchange information.
