Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties as it relates to admissions.
- Provide personal assistance to executives, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments for new residents.
- Coordinate and assist with various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately
- Transcribe meeting notes and other important documents
- Assist in a medical office setting, including managing patient records and scheduling appointments
-Provide tours of facility with prospective families, clients, and residents.
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is preferred for positions in medical offices
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
