Valet/Shop Floor Assistant Wanted - Classic and Exotic cars

The staff at The Shop Clubs is dedicated to ensuring that all of our members have a place where they can hang out, tell stories about their rides, enjoy great food at Derby, and forge lasting bonds in a relaxed environment.

Get paid to be around amazing cars! The Shop Club Seattle is looking for a part time Valet/Shop Floor Assistant with flexible availability to work weekends and/or evening shifts during the week. As a member of the valet team, you will be the main point of contact for members in the back of house as they work on their projects and get their vehicles in and out of storage.

Duties involve, but are not limited to:

- Moving member vehicles in and out of the facility

- Shop floor cleanup

- Maintaining the visual appearance of the facility

- Assisting members with tools and supplies

- Assisting the technicians move vehicles in for maintenance

- Maintaining the vehicle inventory spreadsheet

- Light detail work (car washes, keeping cars in the warehouse free of dust)

- Operating and maintaining vehicle lifts, battery maintainers

- Some mechanical knowledge is a bonus

The ideal candidate:

- Able to drive a manual transmission proficiently and safely

- Experienced with a wide array of vehicles, from classics to modern exotics

- Over the age of 21

- Excellent people skills with customer facing job experience

- Self-starter

- Reliable transportation to The Shop Club. The Link SODO station is behind our building

Pay: $20 - $22 per hour DOE

Business Hours: Monday - Sunday 10am-9pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.76 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed
