Are you passionate about crafting exquisite cocktails and providing exceptional service in a vibrant atmosphere? The Shop: Pizza Cocktails is seeking a talented and enthusiasticBartender/server with a knack for whiskies to elevate our experience!
The Shop is a family-owned and operated upscale pizzeria in Rancho Bernardo Town Center. We specialize in deep dish and traditional crust pizza matched with a full menu featuring house-made appetizers, sandwiches and salads. The Shop features modern decor, beautiful patio and full bar.
We are looking for motivated people who excel in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work well with others.
- Take tables while taking orders and building a postive on brand experience with our guests.
- Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, beers, and wines, maintaining consistency and excellence in every drink.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests, promoting repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following established cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
$20 - $45 per hour ($16.30 per hour plus tips, which range from $29 - $40 per hour based on shift)
This Job Is:
- Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED
- A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more
- A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
