Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, providing excellent service and addressing any inquiries or special requests.
- Process orders efficiently and ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in ordering supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the bar area at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential for success in this role.
