Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced manager to join the team at our auto body collision and custom paint shop. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in overseeing and managing the day to day operations of an auto body shop.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers
- Overseeing production
- Writing estimates and coordinating with insurance companies
- Coordinate parts ordering and check in
- Preparing estimates and supplements for insurance claims
- Coordinating ordering and check in of parts
- Data entry and basic accounting
- Office management
- Hiring, managing and training staff
Experience
- Minimum 5 years auto body shop experience
- Familiarity with estimates, supplements and basic body shop operations
- Knowledge of auto painting, welding, and assembly processes is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of technicians
- Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive repair industry
Must be experienced with body shop software systems such as CCC One and Mitchell.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
