Key Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Setup side station and performs assigned side (prep) work.
- Provide immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating.
- Distribute food, wine, and cocktail menus and answer questions.
- Ensure that the correct account numbers and names are given for billing.
- Efficiently serve food and drinks in a friendly and courteous manner and offer daily specials and wine selections suggestions.
- Place orders with the kitchen; inform cooks about any special cooking instructions.
- Check back to ensure member and guest satisfaction.
- Keep areas neat and organized.
- Perform opening and closing tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Attend pre- and post-meal meetings.
- Perform other appropriate tasks as necessary.
We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions. We are looking for candidates who are available to work 25-40 hours per week. Weekend availability is a must.
Candidate Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred.
- A team player who is service-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Professional, enthusiastic, and a positive attitude.
- Proactive in individual and group task settings.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Punctual and reliable.
- While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods of time, use hands and fingers, reach, climb, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
