The Shoreline Center, LLC is seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic interdisciplinary team! The Shoreline Center, LLC provides ABA therapy, pediatric speech and language therapy, and pediatric occupational therapy. We are committed to providing excellent patient care in a fun and supportive environment. Reporting directly to our Clinical Director, the BCBA will serve as a member of the clinical team providing support and supervision to assigned behavior technicians. Primary duties include:
- Completing patient assessments;
- Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans;
- Providing clinical oversight and supervision of assigned behavior technicians;
- Collaborating with patient treatment teams to review case progress; and
- Providing caregiver trainings.

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Masters (Required)
- BCBA Certificate (Required)
- Michigan LBA (Required)
- One year's experience managing an ABA-patient caseload is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $37,500.00 - $56,250.00 per year
