Job Description :
Our Director of Care Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a company and ensuring that all departments run efficiently and effectively. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced director to lead our care team and ensure the highest standards of care are provided to our guests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Oversight : Supervise and manage the daily operations of the facility reporting any issues / concerns to Executive Director.
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement improvements in operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Staff Supervision : Oversee and support staff, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Scheduling : Coordinate scheduling of staff to ensure adequate staff consistent with guest care needs.
- Policy Implementation : Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Strategic Planning : Work with senior management to set strategic goals and develop long-term operational plans.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Performance Monitoring : Evaluate the performance of staff and implement measures to improve guest satisfaction, as needed.
- Responsibility : The Director of Care will have 24 / 7 accountability / responsibility for maintaining daily operations and staffing of The Shoshana.
- Current RN license in good standing; Antepartum / Postpartum, Delivery, and / or NICU experience preferred. IBCLC may also be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of postnatal and infant care.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective care programs.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Certification required.

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
