What You’ll Do:
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, a positive guest experience, and a motivated team. Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading daily operations of both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid food handler’s card or ability to obtain one.
