About the Role:
Are you a friendly, outgoing person who loves creating memorable guest experiences? The Sicilian Butcher is looking for a Host/Hostess to be the face of our restaurant! As the first and last impression of our guests' dining experience, you’ll set the tone for hospitality, warmly welcoming every guest and ensuring smooth table flow. No experience? No problem! We provide on-the-job training to help you succeed.

A Day in the Life:
As a Host/Hostess, you’ll be the ultimate hospitality expert—greeting guests with a smile and ensuring a seamless dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests as they arrive and creating a warm, friendly first impression.
- Managing reservations and maintaining an organized waiting list.
- Seating guests strategically to ensure a smooth flow and balanced server rotation.
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and providing information about the restaurant and menu.
- Checking in with guests to ensure they’re enjoying their experience.
- Assisting with guest concerns and working with the team to provide solutions.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Creating a positive and lasting final impression as guests leave.
