What You’ll Do:

Create handcrafted cocktails following our signature recipes with precision and flair.

Deliver an elevated guest experience by embodying Italian hospitality—welcoming, engaging, and always putting guests first.

Maintain a clean and organized bar, ensuring an inviting and visually appealing setup.

Monitor and manage alcohol service to ensure responsible serving practices.

Process transactions and balance cash receipts, handling all guest payments efficiently.

Assist in food service for guests seated at the bar.

Follow all opening and closing procedures, including bar prep, cleaning, and restocking.

Oversee bar maintenance and report equipment issues as needed.

Assist with inventory control, ensuring the bar is always stocked with necessary supplies.

Help maintain a safe and responsible drinking environment, arranging transportation for guests if necessary.
What We’re Looking For:

Must be at least 21 years old.

Alcohol Serving Certification required (or ability to obtain before starting).
