Organizar y limpiar la estacin de trabajo de acuerdo con el protocolo del restaurante
Mantener limpia la estacin de trabajo, incluyendo el equipamiento de cocina,
Cumplir con las normas sanitarias, de salud y de higiene personal aplicables
Garantizar la calidad y frescura de los ingredientes y productos
Realizar tareas de linpieza adicionales que le asigne el supervisor de lnea, el sous- chef o el chef ejecutivo
Requirements
Be at least 18 years of age.
4 years of Line Cook experience preferred
Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests.
Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry.
A Day in The Life
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
Set up a workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment
Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized Sicilian Butcher recipes
Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items
Safely utilizes a variety of utensils, including knives
Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established Sicilian Butcher guidelines.
Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
Adhere to Sicilian Butcher safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation.
Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
