What We're Looking For:
- 1 years of bartending experience (preferably in a cocktail-focused environment).
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and a commitment to the craft of mixology.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-energy environment while keeping things fun and friendly.
- Exceptional customer service skills – you’ll be the face of the bar and an integral part of creating a memorable guest experience.
- A passion for cocktails and the art of mixology, with a creative streak to suggest unique twists and signature drinks.
- Team player with a positive, energetic attitude who works well under pressure.
- Serving experience is a must, with the ability to multitask and keep everything running smoothly.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages while ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs promptly.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and maintain a clean bar area.
- Manage inventory and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
- Uphold dining standards and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
