Job Description The Data Analyst/Sales Operations Associate will provide essential support to our National Sales Operations Quantitative team by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of CRM data, assisting with market research efforts, and leveraging technology and AI-driven tools to enhance sales processes. The role requires proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting, with a strong focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and eager to contribute to the team's success by identifying opportunities for data-driven and technology driven improvements. Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities CRM Data Maintenance and Process Improvement: Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of data within our Dynamics 365 CRM system, performing regular data updates, validation, and troubleshooting Assist with training team members on data-related tools and best practices Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements for sales operations processes, particularly those involving data management, reporting, and analysis Market Research Support: Conduct market research to assist in identifying and targeting potential sales opportunities, evaluating market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis Provide actionable insights to the Sales team to improve targeting efforts AI & Technology Integration: Actively contribute to the use and adoption of AI-driven technologies that enhance the efficiency of sales operations, such as predictive analytics, automation tools, and CRM integration Stay informed on emerging technology trends relevant to sales operations Reporting & Data Visualization: Utilize Excel and Power BI to analyze sales data, generating reports and dashboards that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales teams Assist in the development of data-driven insights to support sales strategy and decision-making Performs all other ad-hoc reporting and analytics deliverables as assigned Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Sales, Brand & Communications, and IT teams to ensure seamless communication and data sharing Work with Sales and IT teams to identify and resolve data quality issues Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisor responsibilities. (This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of management) Desired Qualifications 1-2 Years of Relevant Experience in Sales Operations, Data Management or Market Research, preferred Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and S&P Capital IQ, preferred Location You must be commutable to one of the following office locations: Wilmington, DE; or Philadelphia, PA.
