We're looking for an experienced project coordinator/customer service representative to join our ever-growing team. They can set a schedule and make sure it runs like clockwork, and quickly adapt and reconfigure it when things change. Minimum qualifications
- 4 years of experience in project coordination/customer service position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to advocate for customer needs and satisfaction
- Excellent organization and scheduling abilities
- Adept critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Competency in Word/Excel/Dropbox/Google Products
- Able to interface with multiple internal departments
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Able to remain cool and focused under pressure
Minimum job duties in addition to project coordination/customer service
- Full-time availability
- Additional hours flexibility (early starts, late stays to finish projects)
- Answer phones (first point of contact)
- Payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office and front room area
- Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
- Learn new technologies, skills and techniques
