We specialize in designing, fabricating, and installing high-quality electrical and non-electrical signage. We're looking for an experienced and driven Sign Sales Consultant to help us grow!
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sign Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sign types, marketing impact, and upselling strategies. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and a consultative approach to guiding clients toward the best signage solutions for their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
* Consult with clients to understand their signage needs and recommend the best solutions.
* Conduct site surveys and coordinate with design and production teams.
* Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts.
* Close sales and meet revenue goals.
* Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and installation methods.
* Work collaboratively with project managers to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sign sales (electrical and non-electrical signage preferred).
* Strong understanding of signage materials, permitting, and installation processes.
* Ability to read blueprints and perform take-offs.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of closing deals.
* Basic knowledge of design software (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW) is a plus.
* Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client meetings.
