Principal Salesforce Engineer
Contract to Hire
Location: OH / IN
Rate: $All Inclusive
Start Date: May, 2025
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance in the design and development of solutions for Salesforce platforms
- Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement software solutions that enhance the functionality and performance of these platforms
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and ensure that solutions meet quality standards and best practices
- Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing support and maintenance for existing systems
- Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in platform solutions
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 10 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and custom development using Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce
- 3 years of experience utilizing Apex source code
- Experience as a technical lead, leading large transformation programs, and aligning technical solutions with strategic business goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Professional certifications in relevant IT areas (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience in a similar industry or sector
- Experience using Youreka Forms
- Experience using Copado DevOps platform
