What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at The Silver Spike Bar & Grill?
We are looking for enthusiastic servers to provide an excellent guest food and beverage experience. Compensation includes hourly and tips.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Perform necessary opening, closing and cutwork duties
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish restaurant inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar and restaurant organized, stocked and clean
- Experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate!
