Job Description

Social Media Coordinator for Wedding Photo / Video Studio on Long Island, NY.

We seek a dynamic and experienced Social Media Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest)
Create engaging and high-quality content (photographs, videos, stories, reels) that aligns with our brand identity and target audience
Manage and optimize our social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, other team members, and other wedding vendors to create and promote content.
Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and industry partners
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and algorithms
Assist with on-camera content creation, including interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and educational videos
Work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional travel to offsite events

Qualifications :

Proven experience in social media management, with a demonstrated track record of success

Strong understanding of the wedding industry and current trends

Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills

Creativity and a passion for creating engaging content

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Technical proficiency with social media platforms and content creation tools

Comfortable working on camera and presenting on social media

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset
