About this role :

Simply put ourBusiness Development Representative (BDR) handles sourced leads prospecting and nurturing leads into new client accounts.

In this role you will develop our sales pipeline by identifying business opportunities and building what will become longterm relationships with prospects to continue company growth increase revenue and improve profits.

This is a remote work opportunityopen to applicants based anywhere in the contiguous United Statesin support ofour US operations based in Miami Florida.

In this role you can expect to :

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound campaigns using telephone email and the web youll be able to build creative campaigns and iterate to find what is most effective

Support the Sales Managers and broader sales team within an assigned territory by conducting a high volume of prospecting for open leads(our BDRs arent shy about picking up the phone)

Set qualified meetings for assigned Sales Managers based on set criteria

Become a product expert and partner with Sales Managers to consult the bestcustomized solutions to meet prospective customers communication needs

Build rapport and work effectively with a crossfunctional team to meet account performance objectivesand develop a healthy leadpipeline

Work effectively in a remote setting; all of your colleagues are only a video call away but your daily commute will be to your home office

Enjoy the thrill of hunting and prospecting and take ownership of your monthly goals with a tenaciousmentality eager to succeed

Were looking for someone who has :

A strong business and sales acumen positive attitude and are an approachable professional relationship builder

12 years of experience as a top performer in a clientfacingrole quotacarrying role

Prior experience working as an outbound BDR or SDR is not required but strongly preferred tosimplify new hire training and decrease ramp time to production

Understand that timing is everything; there is no standard sales cycle for our products some prospects are ready to buy right away while others need more time

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with prospective clients of all levels including Clevel executives

Prior knowledge of SalesForce or other CRM system

Experience using Sales Engagement and Sales intel software like SalesLoft ZoomInfo LinkedIn Sales Navigator Orum etc.

Exceptional analytical organizational and timemanagement skills

An agile working style open to adopting evolving simpleshow practices and technology you sell it and we will deliver it with the utmost customer service and client satisfaction!

Bachelors degree in Sales Business Management or another related field (relevant work experience can be considered in lieu of a degree)

Strong computer skills and proficiency in Google Workspace Excel and other wordprocessing tools

Nice to haves :

Experience selling into complex organizations across various industries

Experience selling technology orELearning solutions

Familiarity with our target departments : Learning and Development (L&D)Training Compliance and Emergency Health and Safety (EHS)

Our targeted Base Salary Range for this position is $. Additionally compensation for sales roles includes a commission / bonus structure. This range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Various factors determine compensation; a starting salary could fall outside this range. Actual salaries will vary depending on but not limited to experience specialized skills internal alignment and working location. This range is for candidates located in the U.S. including the New York City metro area.
