Role Description
The Site Training is seeking an experienced De-escalation Trainer to conduct a specialized training session for law enforcement professionals. This is a contract, as-needed position with a single session scheduled later this year. The trainer will be responsible for delivering a structured course that teaches de-escalation techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and crisis intervention methods tailored for law enforcement officers. This training will take place on-site near Freeport, IL. The ideal candidate will have a background in law enforcement, military, or crisis intervention with prior experience in training or instruction. Pay is based on a per-class rate, and applicants must provide their location and availability.
