We are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to prepare specialty food items, ensuring excellent quality and customer satisfaction. They will oversee and direct all Line Cooks. They will also be responsible for hiring, training, disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and terminations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Must be at least 21 years of age
*Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
*Technical training at a culinary institute preferred.
*Must have two years' experience as a Lead Cook.
*Must be familiar with the proper preparation of most international and domestic dishes.
*Must have ability to plan, organize and implement daily assignments.
*Must be familiar with all cook classifications, undergoing their duties and assignments.
HOURS:
Restaurant closes at 2am each day of the week. Start time can be flexible.
