Our PC LAN Tech III will provide hardware and software support to all properties, to include all front and back of the house. They will also support the Help Desk Technicians.
REQUIREMENTS :
- BS / BA in MIS and / or attainment of an industry recognized certification with demonstrated knowledge and proficiency on property systems or infrastructure at this jobs technical level.
- Must have three years minimum professional experience within the I.T. industry.
- Must have good working knowledge and prior experience in Windows 2000 / XP and MS Office 2000 / XP.
- Must have strong working and demonstrated knowledge / proficiency in four (4) primary systems.
- Must have strong and demonstrated advanced PC setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills.
- Primary system(s) defined as follows :
Gaming : SDG Slot System, CMP Player Tracking System, SDG / CMP Interface, Keno, Let it Ride
Hospitality : Springer Miller, Delphi, Daylight, Room Viewer, On Command, TESA Keylock, SMS / Delphi Interface, Daylight / CMP Interface, SMS / TESA Interface, SMS / On Command Interface, Pro-Shopkeeper, Stratton Warren.
Finance : Infinium
Micros : Micros (3700 / 9700), SMS / Micros Interface
Phone Systems : Meridian Phone System, Call Accounting, SMS / Call Accounting Interface, SMS / PBX Interface,
Network Servers : Microsoft Office, Windows 2000, , NT, XP, and Servers, SQL Server 7 and 2000, ISA (Internet Information Server), Exchange Server, Legato Co-Standby Server, Backup Exec, Norton Anti-Virus
