As an Accounting Manager, you will oversee financial operations, lead the accounting team, and manage budgeting, reporting, and compliance efforts. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to optimize financial processes, oversee audits, and drive financial strategy in collaboration with senior management.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
✔ Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Experience: Minimum 6 years in managerial accounting, public administration, or a financial leadership role.
✔ Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and grants management.
✔ Leadership & Communication: Ability to manage teams, drive financial strategy, and present to senior leadership.
✔ Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong problem-solving, forecasting, and critical-thinking skills.

- Lead and manage finance personnel, providing guidance and training.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including monthly statements and summaries.
- Oversee contract management, debt obligations, and compliance with financial policies.
- Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Manage project accounting, grants, and intergovernmental financial applications.
- Supervise cash flow, ensuring funds are available for contractual obligations.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procurement processes, and RFP/RFQ documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership on budget planning and financial forecasting.
- Monitor and improve financial processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
