Key Responsibilities :
Support daily accounting functions including journal entries reconciliations and financial reporting.
Handle accounts payable & receivable including invoice processing and vendor payments.
Prepare and review payroll entries including salary calculations and benefits deductions.
Assist with budget reconciliation tracking expenses and analyzing financial data.
Monitor and record financial transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Provide support for audits grant tracking and compliance reporting.
Manage department documents ensuring organized filing and recordkeeping.

Qualifications & Skills Required : Education : High school diploma (minimum); Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
