About The Role
- As a Vice President, you will take a leadership role in financial due diligence engagements, working directly with private equity firms and corporate clients. You will oversee deal execution, manage client relationships, and provide strategic financial insights that drive decision-making.
- Lead financial due diligence projects from initial client briefing to final report delivery.
- Conduct in-depth financial and operational analysis, focusing on quality of earnings and key business drivers.
- Engage with C-suite executives, private equity firms, and corporate buyers.
- Oversee preparation of financial models, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality client service.
- Contribute to business development and growth initiatives.

Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Experience: 3–6 years in transaction advisory, due diligence, or a Big 4 firm.
- Certification: CPA, CFA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent financial analysis, leadership, and client management abilities.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
