What will you do?
These are the standards and responsibilities you will maintain or exceed:
- Responsible for all on-site listing management activities
- Staging all listings as needed
- Filming Content for Listings and Social media
- Assist Operations Manager with the organization, coordination and promotion of client and agent events that are hosted by agents/team
- Administrative Duties
Essential duties
- Stage all listings as needed and break down upon sale
- Weekly Property Check of every Active and Pending Listing
- Manage all surprise and delight gifts. Update and send weekly. Prepare closing gifts.
- Create and supervise the production of listings videos and walk through videos
- Execute all steps as needed in client events including event planning, catering, ticketing, invitations, etc
- Handle printing, faxing, mail/overnight packages, copying, filings
- Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties
Knowledge/Skills
- Computer Literate & Internet Savvy
- Spreadsheets: can build and navigate basic spreadsheets
- Communication: requires effective and written and verbal communication
- Apt problem solver
Requirements
- Reliable transportation in all seasons - YOU WILL BE DRIVING YOURSELF TO ALL OUR LISTINGS
- Comfortable traveling within Summit, Eagle, Park, Grand, and Lake Counties as business requires it
- Working Computer with Internet access (Microsoft Suite not required)
- Working phone with camera
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - occasionally
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
Hours/Work Schedule
- Weekly – Establish Schedule with Team Lead or Director of Operations to prioritize weekly tasks
- This position will be partially in the office and partially out at our listings.
- Employee will work an average of 10-20 hours per week. Generally business is summer and a bit slower in the winter
Compensation
Hourly position between $20-25 per hour.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
