We're looking for a highly motivated, energetic and sales operations focused individual to assist in running our Palm Beach location!
Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the manager on all store responsibilities, especially in establishing and maintaining client relationships, encourage cross-selling | upselling across product categories throughout the boutique. The successful candidate will also be accountable for consistently achieving benchmarked sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
• 3 Years of Retail or Hospitality Experience
• Extremely strong visual merchandising skills
• Understanding of Merchandise Flow and Transition
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
• Excellent Computer Skills; Microsoft Office | Google Suite
• Attention to detail, initiative and enthusiastic
• Willing to work a flexible schedule based on business requirements, including Evenings | Weekends | Holidays
