Production Quality Examiner

**Job Requirements:**

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical information. Strong communication and teamwork skills are also essential, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

• Perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections
• Inspect defects and discrepancies to ensure quality standards
• Measure products using micrometers, calipers, smart scopes, etc.
• Record and report issues to supervisors or machinists
• Support process improvement
• Interpret customer requirements when inspecting products
• Use standard visual inspection methods and techniques for general and customer-specific requirements

**Requirements:**

• Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools
• Understanding and interpreting complex mechanical drawings
• Understanding of production procedure
• Adherence to health and safety regulations
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork and communication skills
• 1st PC and Final Inspection
• GD&T
• Experience as a CMM Operator (a plus)
• Coordinate Measuring Machines
• Analysis skills
• Manufacturing
