Position Overview

The Volunteer Coordinator will be at the heart of The Pet Cottage's mission, supporting our

Forever Guardians and managing onsite volunteers. This role ensures that Forever Guardians

and volunteers feel valued, equipped, and supported in providing exceptional care and

companionship to the pets in our Forever Guardianship Program. The position involves working

with diverse populations, including seniors and senior pets. It requires exceptional

communication skills, patience, the ability to engage effectively with people from all walks of life,

and the ability to read a room, recognize what needs to be done, and take the initiative to do it.

Key Responsibilities

1. Forever Client Support
