Job Title: In-Office Entry-Level Sales Agent
Location: 3403 Olandwood Ct Ste 202 Olney, Maryland 20832
Job Opportunity: This is an In-Office Licensed Insurance Sales Agent role with a base pay from $30k to $35k annually.
Total Compensation: $75k-100k annually (Base Commission)
Hours: Monday - Thursday from 8:30 AM-5:30 PM and
Friday from 9 AM-5 PM (EST)
Responsibilities: Included but not limited to:
- Outbound and inbound sales communication
- Composing emails and text messages
- Offering additional products to existing customers
- Achieving performance goals: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis
- Participating in professional development and training
Requirements:
- 1 of years of Sales Experience
- Must obtain P&C license in Resident State
- Ability to obtain non-resident licenses
- Strong time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A drive for success
