We are looking for a front office insurance specialist/billing coordinator for our privately owned, single-practice Pediatric Dental Office in the heart of Northern Colorado. The ideal candidate would have the following qualities: organized, self-motivated, friendly, and a team-player. We are excited to continue to grow our pediatric dental office and are looking for someone to join our welcoming and efficient team. The position has a great potential for growth and we are looking for a candidate who is looking to be a part of our team for years to come. Responsibilities include answering phones, sending account statements, coordinating dental insurance benefits, managing the insurance credentialing process, and collecting payments.
Required Skills:
· Previous experience coordinating with insurance companies
· Previous experience sending account statements and collecting balances
· Previous experience working with Colorado Health First (Medicaid)
· Experience with marketing a plus
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking abilities
· Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and remain resourceful when addressing challenges
· High school diploma or equivalent, on the job training provided for the right candidate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
