Assistant Professor/ Assistant Director of IM Clerkship- Knoxville

The successful candidate will participate in the resident conferences, annual DOM CME conference work, and residency applicant interviews. They are involved with the education of resident physicians that includes a supervisory role, responsibilities for medical education, research, and administrative duties.

• Maintain good relationships with all clinical educators
• Participate in the many educational efforts of the GSM

• Assistant Director of IM Clerkship
  
  

Responsibilities for Medical Student Education

• Teaching responsibility for med students during their IM rotations
• Teaching and evaluation in rotations
  
  

Research

• Participate in publishing case reports, PI/QI projects, resident presentations
  
  

Administrative

• Attend departmental committee meetings
