Working closely with the Director of Career Coaching & Education, this role contributes to strategic planning and ensures the effective delivery of services. The Associate Director is also responsible for the development and management of training and onboarding programs for Career Coaches and Career Educators, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality support to students. Additionally, this position helps maintain consistent operations and service delivery, particularly during staff vacancies, while fostering a collaborative and high-functioning team culture. The Associate Director will oversee a team of four, including one Assistant Director and three Career Coaches, providing leadership and strategic guidance to ensure the effective delivery of services tailored to their respective student populations.
