Key Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to patients of record to schedule appointments and follow up on incomplete treatments.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and answering general questions about their dental care.
- Use sound judgment to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and updates in our scheduling system.
