Our dental practice in North Jersey is looking for a full-time, highly motivated Dental Billing Specialist who is comfortable communicating with patients about treatment plans, billing, and insurance details. If you have a passion for patient care, strong organizational skills, and extensive experience in dental billing, we would love to meet you!
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1-2 years of dental experience required.
- Proficient in dental terminology and procedures.
- Extensive knowledge of PPO, Union, Med-Type, HMO, and DMO insurance plans.
- Skilled in verifying insurance benefits and coverage.
- Experienced in calculating copays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket fees.
- Familiarity with Care Credit and other financial programs.
- Ability to read and interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and patient ledgers.
- Strong ability to review and research claims denials, and effectively communicate with insurance companies to resolve issues.
