The assistant will work closely with our team leaders to ensure smooth transactions, accurate documentation, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities :
Help organize community outreach events to improve our standing in the local areaRespond to customer needs with urgency and attentivenessAchieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the teamFill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing dealsSchedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthroughOffer Preparation : Draft and submit offers on behalf of team leaders and agents.Contract Analysis : Review, interpret, and ensure compliance with purchase agreements, addendums, and other real estate contracts.CRM Management : Maintain and manage the team's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, tracking leads, and optimizing workflows.Appointment Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule showings, client meetings, inspections, appraisals, and closings.Client Support : Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely communication between clients, agents, and transaction partners.Document Management : Organize, store, and manage important documents and transaction files in compliance with regulatory standards.Administrative Support : Assist with marketing, social media, and other administrative duties as needed.Qualifications :
