Responsibilities:- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Past sales experience is preferred

About The Snyder Team
We are a top-producing team in the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin with 100 years of combined experience in the real estate field commencing over 4000 real estate transactions and over a Billion Dollars in closed business (Yes a Billion!). Last year we (10 agents) closed nearly 300 homes. We specialize in residential (Listing / Selling), New Construction, Land, Farm, and Recreation. We use advanced CRMs and automated follow-up techniques to convert cold leads into warm leads and have transaction coordinators and admin staff handle most of the paperwork. Our goal is to hire agents that are producing, but could use another 10-15 transactions per year to make their career worthwhile! We will provide the hands-on coaching and support that larger brokerages can't and at the same time, provide enough QUALITY leads for you to be successful and build your career better than it is now!
