Job Overview:
The Soccer Factory is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Order Fulfillment Processor to handle the end-to-end processing of customer orders. This role is essential to ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality order fulfillment while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all details align with client specifications.
Work with internal teams to coordinate product customization, production, and shipping.
Monitor order status and proactively address potential delays or issues.
Inventory & Quality Control
Verify stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to prevent shortages.
Inspect products for accuracy and quality before shipment.
Assist in inventory organization and management to streamline fulfillment operations.
Customer Communication & Support
Provide order updates and tracking information to customers as needed.
Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues related to order fulfillment.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless service.
Process Improvement & Reporting
Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and fulfillment metrics.
Assist in developing and implementing best practices for order processing.
Qualifications:
Experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in order management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic CRM tools.
