Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as servers. As a server at The Social, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and guiding them through the menu and beverage options.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serving food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Anticipating guest needs and providing recommendations when asked.
- Handling payments and processing transactions accurately.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and dining area.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
